Grassroots Memory Storage is a digital archive where we share with researchers and general public the unwritten, "grassroots" memories we have collected and digitized.
We aim to become the cornerstone of new history writing by focusing on the memories that have hitherto been neglected in recorded history, including those of individuals whose names remained unknown and of events and social movements that were forgotten both at home and abroad.
We invite you to partake in our reflection on what and how we should remember. We would greatly appreciate your contribution of data and objects to our collective research.
